Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Japan to the United States. Please allow approximately 10–14 business days after order confirmation for delivery, depending on product availability, shipping method, destination, and customs processing.

For quote-based orders, shipping costs will be calculated and communicated at the time of quotation. For products available for direct checkout, shipping costs may be calculated at checkout or otherwise communicated before shipment.

We work with reliable international carriers, including FedEx, DHL, UPS, and other available carriers, to ensure safe and timely delivery.
