The REVOX 1300nm High Power COB LED delivers high radiant flux and industrial-grade thermal reliability in a compact 28.0 × 26.8 × 5.7mm package. Built with 16 high-density LED chips and an integrated NTC thermistor for real-time temperature monitoring, this LED is rated for forward currents up to 16A and power dissipation up to 27.2W — giving it substantial headroom for demanding machine vision applications. Its narrow 78nm spectral half-width ensures stable, precise 1300nm NIR output, while a wide -40°C to 100°C operating range supports reliable performance in harsh industrial environments.

Minimum order quantity

There is no minimum order quantity. This device can be produced and supplied from a single piece, so evaluation and design-in quantities are handled exactly like production orders. Tell us the quantity you need when you request a quote.

Lead time

Lead time depends on component availability at the factory. When the required parts are in stock, delivery is typically within one month of order. When the parts have to be produced first, expect approximately 1.5 to 2.5 months. Orders are shipped either direct from REVOX in Kanagawa, Japan, or through our Torrance, California office. We confirm the shipping route and the lead time with every quote, so the delivery schedule is fixed before you commit to an order.

U.S. purchasing and technical support

You can buy this emitter in the United States from TeraPower LED, the authorized United States distributor of REVOX, Inc. You order from and are invoiced by a U.S. company in Torrance, California, and we handle export, import, customs clearance, and delivery to your site — there is no need to order from Japan or import the device yourself. Every unit is built to order for your wavelength and configuration rather than pulled from shelf stock, so the delivery date is set by the lead times above, not by availability — tell us your target production date and we will work back from it. Technical questions on wavelength selection, thermal design, drive current, and optical integration are answered in English from the United States, with direct access to the manufacturer's engineering team in Japan whenever a question needs the chip designer.
