Description
The REVOX 1550nm High Power COB LED delivers high radiant flux and industrial-grade thermal reliability in a compact 28.0 × 26.8 × 3.2mm package. Built with 16 high-density LED chips and an integrated NTC thermistor for real-time temperature monitoring, this LED is rated for forward currents up to 16A and power dissipation up to 27.2W — giving it substantial headroom for demanding machine vision applications. Its narrow 138nm spectral half-width ensures stable, precise 1550nm NIR output, while a wide -40°C to 100°C operating range supports reliable performance in harsh industrial environments.
